Who we are

Built by a student, for students

Julian Allchin started Weeklee as an undergraduate at Stanford to solve his own planning problem. He majored in Computer Science AI in both undergrad and graduate school. Other students started using it, and it grew from there. He founded Weeklee Inc to bring the tool to more students.

Our mission

Less time planning, more time doing.

Students lose hours every week managing Canvas, Gradescope, and their other calendars — and then more hours figuring out when to actually do the work. Weeklee's goal is to do this tedious work for you so you can spend your time on classes, projects, and the parts of college that aren't admin.

How it works

LLMs where they help. Heuristics where they're better.

Canvas and Gradescope assignments flow in through their APIs, so due dates land in your calendar without an LLM guessing at them. From there, Weeklee estimates how long each task will take — first by looking at how long similar tasks took you before, and falling back to an LLM when there's no good match. A heuristic scheduler then places the work across your week around classes, events, and your preferred working hours, and replans automatically when something changes. An LLM-backed chat agent handles the rest: natural-language edits, questions, and bulk changes to your plan.
