The Service uses the all the data (such as project information, schedules, due dates, categories, grades, project sharing, any locations you enter, etc.) both locally and on our servers to provide you with the best experience we can.
Mobile/Web Device Access
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile/web client device, including your mobile/web client device features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device/browser settings.
Mobile/Web Device Data
We use your IP address for such features as providing the local weather, however, this information is not stored or transmitted from your device. We retain your current timezone on our servers. We may store locally in browser cookies or on your device information to improve the service we provide either for performance, security, or user experience improvements.

Having accurate information permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience.
Third-Party Websites/Services
The Application may use third-party websites or external services (e.g., Google analytics, Canvas, GradeScope, etc.), that are not affiliated with us. Except for Google Analytics, you must have already agreed to the current terms of service and privacy plans of these third-parties. We are not reponsible for these third-party outside of our Service.

California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. We do not disclose any information to 3rd parties for marketing purposes and thus this does not apply.
Google API User Data Policy
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
